Sounds Of The Underground presents ADEQUATE 7 at Club Aura on
Thursday 15th June with support from the JELLYFISH INCIDENT.
Incorporating elements of punk, hardcore, ska and funk to
create a unique and diverse offering AD7 are as their name
hints a seven piece from South Wales. Blessed with tremendous
energy AD7 were formed back in 2000 and have since enjoyed
major successes both on and off the live stage. Signed to
Household Name Records their debut album ‘Songs Of Innocence
and Experience’ helped the band to build a significant fan
base both in the UK and Europe. However, it is the band’s
intense live performances which have summoned-up the most
praise thanks to a strong brass section, busy stage presence
and infectious songs. AD7 have enjoyed high profile support
slots with the likes of Hundred Reasons, Capdown, Biffy Clyro
and Cypress Hill.
Support on the night comes from local act The JELLYFISH
INCIDENT. Jellyfish formed their foot-stomping, indie dance
fuelled sound in late November 2005. The three piece based in
Taunton play fast paced songs with catchy riffs which has
helped them to become one of the town’s most popular bands.

Appearing on Friday 16th June, at Hijacker, the STANTON
WARRIORS are one of the most popular and distinctive DJ,
production and remix outfits in their field. Working on remix
duties with acts as the Gorillaz, The Streets and Basement
Jaxx, the duo have moved on from their formative days playing
open air parties in Bristol and across the West Country.
Hijacker on the 16th provides the chance to see the lads back
on what is close to home soil.
